Hi,

I think I've configured the data logger OK as the data looks good, but I can't get any reports and if I data export to Excel the data is messed up. As a first step to investigating I notice that the logger gives the following error "Ericsson MD110 Standard Item: CALL_TIME. Error occurred while converting date/time string value "20125454" with template "mmddhhnn" (Invalid arguement to date encode). The date showing on the logger is  0320125454.     I can't see anywhere to change the date config ?

Hello,

Did you select the "Standard" format on the PBX side? It seems your PBX outputs data in another format.

You may open a ticket http://support.aggsoft.com and attach a screenshot with thr SMDR settings on the PBX side there.

Hi,

The PBX was indeed set to a custom output; I have changed this to a standard one and it's now working.
A further question if I may; the logger shows all dialled numbers correctly, but in the SMDR and reports the leading zero is always removed ?
