Can anybody help me troubleshoot this issue?

How can I identify what application is using the port?

I'm sorry, but our software can't identify the program that uses the port.

I didn't think it could, but I was hoping you might be able to tell me how I can identify what might have port.

I am trying to capture CDR data from a PBX into a file. The PBX sends the CDR data to a COM port. A company in the Middle East wants to use the data for custom CDR reporting. If they are successful, there are hundreds of PBX installations that would require your software. It is probably worth your while if I can get this to work.

This is typical usage of our Advanced PBX Data Logger software.

Did you install our any logger software? For example, our service application can open the port.
