Hello,
When using Serial Printer Logger Standard, on my test machine I was able to set it up so a date/time stamp was written to the file before writing data.
I then Created a configuration backup, and restored on the production computer, to make sure the settings were the same.  But even though the box 'Write date/time stamp to file before writing data' is checked, the date/time stamp does not get written to the production's computer's file (the data is written, just not the date/time stamp as the first line).
Could someone point me in the right direction on some things I can check to make sure this is working like it should?
thanks,
Doug

Please, attach this backup and I'll verify it.

I'm sorry for my late reply.

The date/time stamp function can't detect the start of rows and therefore the stamp may appear at random position, especially if your data flow is slow.
