Title: Connecting to Toshiba Strata CIX

I am trying to test the data logger but there is very little in the instructions to help me get started. I Know the IP address of the Strata unit but no matter what setting I change no data is being recorded.

Does anyone have detailed information on how to make this work?

Thanks but that's no help at all.

I know the IP address of the Starta but have no idea what any of the other settings need to be, or what functions or connection type to use.  I'm a software developer, and our phone system vendor has no knowledge of this software.

I'm sure someone has done this before and can detail the steps required.  The goal is to grab the call data and pass it into a MSSQL database
