Using serial printer logger with my PBX for capturing reports (not SMDR). The report shows correctly on screen and when using .pdf - however when using .rtf there is an extra line feed after each "return", essentially providing a report that is "double-spaced". While using .pdf can be a backup plan, I'd prefer .rtf so that the resulting file can be easily edited. Any easy fix? Cheers!
