We found you tool on the internet and are interested in it. We like to get CDR Data from a Avaya PBX and save it to a file. We downloaded the trial version of the advanced pbx data logger and installed it on a test pc. We configured the Avaya ACM to send CDR Data to this server on a specific port. but i don't receive any information in the pbx data logger. is there a documentation how to configure it? Are you sure that you switch it to the RDTT mode?
