Title: Wrong setting? Unrecognizable characters

Based on the example below, is there a proper setting I can adjust so that the unrecognizable characters become recognizable? Examples:  ᨠ Á“  Áœ

It seems that these characters with an ASCII code >= 0x80. You can change the corresponding options here: Main menu - Options - Program settings - View mode - Data view.
