Title: How to get graphics (PCL/PS) readable in rtf/pdf file?
Post by: hanzk on September 09, 2011, 12:28:51 PM
Hi! I'm just trying out the Serial Printer Logger, to gather documents that are usually sent from some medical equipment (non-pc) directly to a laser printer. It's usually a 3-page report, with a combination og words/numbers and a multicolored graph. The SPL seems to work fine for the text, but I can't find any setting for PCL emulation, like on the printer. So it shows only "rubbish".
Will any of your plugins help me?

I can post examples and printer settings if required.

Our software can decode ESC/P and ESC/P2 sequences only and can't detect other printer dialects. Is it possible you can change printer type on your PLC? For example, to something ESC/P compatible.
