Title: Avaya CM S8300
Post by: Clement on July 19, 2018, 02:00:00 PM
Hi,

We are evaluating the PBX Data Logger and had managed to setup this on one computer.
The connection is via TCPIP and we managed to get it connected to our Avaya system. However, no data has been captured.

Is there any configuration guide you can provide us?

Do you know "Call manager" version on this PBX?

Added:

It seems that you should disable RSP (Reliable Session Protocol) in SMDR settings.

Hi Authur,

1. Our Avaya system is Communication Manager 5.2

2. Have tested and managed to get some data, thanks! However, we couldn't really "decipher" the info based on these strings of text... Assuming we still need to have the right module to parse the data?

Yes, you need the parser. Please, capture it to a file and send us (here or via email).
