but i think i solved my problem.

it was the update rate of a block in Scada.
Block option -> connections update rate ... (mS)

It seems that OPC Scada viewer misses some data.
The OPC server sent the data well. When i look in the log file after parsing, the file contains the right data, but the scada viewer misses data in (according to me) random order.
