Do you mean the "ping.exe" command in the windows console?
32  Online Help Center / Data loggers and plug-ins / Re: Install and config data logger suite package through command line on: March 16, 2020, 07:38:49 AM
Hello,

You may install our software in the silent mode

setup.exe /VERYSILENT

But before you should place two configuration files to
c:\ProgramData\Advanced Serial Data Logger\asdlog.ini
c:\ProgramData\Advanced Serial Data Logger\asdlog.ini.use

You can copy these two files through a command line too.

Note: The example above is for Advanced Serial Data Logger. A path for other loggers is similar.

Hello Tom.

If you use ActiveX, then you process data in your code.

If you use our Direct Excel Direction plugin, you do not need ActiveX.

Hello,

Hello Tom,

The trial version should work. Could you please attach screenshots with your "Direct OpenOffice Connections" plugin settings?

In your case, you should define separate request for each device and disable the "Export data for all requests at once" option.

Hello.

Does this question relate to our software? If yes, could you show screenshots with your settings?

You may try to reset all the program settings:

1. Start regedit.exe
2. Delete the following registry nodes:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\AGG Software\Advanced TCP/IP Data Logger
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\AGG Software\Advanced TCP/IP Data Logger

1. Try to enable logging for every reading.

2. Error: does the program start in the desktop mode?
40  Online Help Center / Data loggers and plug-ins / Re: LLRP RFID plugin on: December 13, 2019, 02:24:28 PM
Hello,

You cannot change the interval. You may switch from the "Polling" to "Wait events" mode. In this case, you 'll receive data faster.
41  Online Help Center / Data loggers and plug-ins / Re: TCP/IP Logger begin logging on event trigger from device on: November 11, 2019, 07:40:59 AM
Hello,

Yes, it is possible using the "Script Execute" plugin. It can analyze and save a state of the specified variable between calls. Also, it can discard data packets if the current state is 0 (for example).

Please, configure all the necessary MODBUS requests. After this, I may help you with the script.

Please, try to receive a very small program (2-3 lines) from the machine first.
It will help to find the correct settings.

1. Right click over the machine and select "Show transferred data."
2. Try to receive a small program from the machine manually.
3. In the "Transferred data" window you'll see incoming data.
4. Resize the window that all received data will be visible (_including_ the right column).

Please, send me a screenshot of the received data. I'll verify it.

I would recommend to re-install the program. This is the most simple way.

In the installation wizard select:
1. Create configuration.
2. Select your PBX.
3. Enable the "Write to database" option and select "MS Access."
4. After installing adjust the connection settings with your PBX.
