Sorry. I've tried to extract <source name> to a separate record, but it does not work too.

I can only offer to develop a custom parser module (on improve XML parser) for an additional cost.

Remote support is a paid option.

Do you have an explanation for the data partial analysis ?

PS : Do you provide remote support? Remote maintenance?

You may extract a value from <source name="Line TEST"> as a separate record.

With the "ASCII data query and parser", there is only a part of the records that is analyzed so it is not all recorded.

What is the others solutions?

Thanks

Sorry, the parser cannot extract this attribute in your case.

Thanks,

It's OK for the "section".

Now i need to save the number of source.I changed the data package to "<source" and "<\source> but I have 1 record only..

Example :  <source name="Line 24">
<body>
   <source name="Line TEST">
      <sample timestamp="2017-07-11T06:45:05">
         <data name="SECTION">6</data>
         <data name="TEXT">TEST</data>
         <data name="TIMESTAMP">2017-07-11T06:45:05</data>
      </sample>
      <sample timestamp="2017-07-11T07:44:33">
         <data name="SECTION">5</data>
         <data name="TEXT">TEST</data>
         <data name="TIMESTAMP">2017-07-11T07:44:33</data>
      </sample>
</body>

Hello,

I would offer to use the ASCII Data Parser instead. There you may use an regular expression to extract necessary values:

SECTION: SECTION\">([^<]*)
TEXT: TEXT\">([^<]*)
TIMESTAMP: TIMESTAMP\">([^<]*)

Hello,

I have an xml file which is complicated to treat because there are several tag with the same name.

Example :

<body>
   <source name="Line TEST">
      <sample timestamp="2017-07-11T06:45:05">
         <data name="SECTION">6</data>
         <data name="TEXT">TEST</data>
         <data name="TIMESTAMP">2017-07-11T06:45:05</data>
      </sample>
      <sample timestamp="2017-07-11T07:44:33">
         <data name="SECTION">5</data>
         <data name="TEXT">TEST</data>
         <data name="TIMESTAMP">2017-07-11T07:44:33</data>
      </sample>
</body>

How to identify the 3 data tags ?

Thanks.

Quentin
