Hi, we installed the PBX Advance Logger and are using it to extract the SMDR data from an Avaya IP office 4.0

The logger is picking up the information from our PBX system.  Our cost recovery software will parse the information for us however they need a column row header to identify the information.  This was done automatically with the previous software.

Is there no option in the log file section to add a column header, or do we need to go through the process of creating a parsing file to extract only the necessary information for our cost recovery software?  I prefer the column header option as I am limited with programming a parse file.

Thanks
Alex

Hello, Alex.

I'm sorry, but our software capture log files as it sends the PBX and can't add the header. Our software already includes the parser for this PBX. For example, you can write data directly to a database of your cost recovery software.
