I am using Advanced PBX logger. It stops logging data intermittently. Sometimes it resumes if the service is restarted. Otherwise it works only if the Avaya System on the other end is restarted. But the issue with the restart is that the buffer is flushed meaning no data is recorded. I do not want to lose any data.

Is there any specific setting in the program that can be made to get this working in a stable condition? Any help would be appreciated.

What version of the program do you use? Do you use the TCP/IP interface? Please, activate the program protocol file (Options - Program options - Protocol) for all message types. It is possible the program will show any message.
