Hello, I am in the process of testing Advanced PBX Data Logger with an aim to solve what I believe to be a fairly simple task. I need an application which will poll a Trixbox PBX on an ongoing basis for CDR records and push modified records to a fixed width text file.

So I would like to convert this;

"","2684624940","97703060","from-internal","2684624940","SIP/401-08bf82c0","SIP/GS4104-08c129e8","Dial","SIP/GS4104/7703060|300|","2012-11-10 21:28:48","2012-11-10 21:29:00","2012-11-10 21:29:10",22,10,"ANSWERED","DOCUMENTATION",""

into this;

2012-11-10 21:29:00 401 97703060         10

I think this should be possible with your tool however my best efforts are not working. I've been able to setup the system to poll the file on the Trixbox server to collect new CDR records (exactly in the format of the example above); and I can dump these records to a text file where I need them. The issue I am having is the parsing; when I use the Asterisk Parser, I get no data in the Data View (Display Parsed Values) or no export (using Local Database).

HELP! Is this possible? Any and all help will be appreciated.

Thanks!
