hi support i try to set up Advanced Serial Data Logger to capture the ACD record form Nortel Meridian PBX. what i get from the text out put is Garbage.

It is possible you've specified an invalid baud rate. Could you attach a screenshot with this gaabage?

i attached the logs file we get and the setting we did.
we are using Windows XP SP3.
and now we are using HyperTerminal to do logging.

* Recieved-20100602.log (8.25 KB - downloaded 3 times.)

* com port setting.JPG (40.25 KB, 467x449 - viewed 4 times.)

* log file setting.JPG (41.46 KB, 466x450 - viewed 8 times.)

Could you attach HyperTerminal settings too? Do you receive same garbage in HT?

I'm sorry, but our software doesn't support VT100 terminal emulation. Therefore can't decode this data properly. Is it possible you can change terminal type within the PBX?

please check with you that any of your application can support VT100 for capture the ACD record form Nortel Meridian PBX
