Fanuc OM-D controlled Kent Industrial Vertical CNC Machining Center KMV-10

I am working on a Kent Vertical CNC Machining Center Model KMV-10.  The serial number is 9800180.  The CNC has Fanuc OM-D control on it.

I have a few questions that I need some help with.  The problem that I am having is that I get an error 78 when trying to do a tool change.  The O9xx(tool change) program got deleted on accident.  I have a copy of the Operation Manual for the CNC and it gives me some code that says it is for O9001.  Could you tell me whether the code below is the correct code for the tool change?  I do not have O8888 either.  The Operation Manual says that it needs O8888 and O9001. 

I read that Parameter 6041 matches O9001 but I cannot view these parameters.  How do I view these parameters to see which one has a 6 for M6(tool change)?
