Hi Folks,

I'm using pbx data logger to process SMDR fields generated from our Avaya IPO 500. As a way to log data into a database everything is fina.

Now I would like to know if is it possible to use PBX data logger to feed a custom tool that we use to monitor our network resources. What I was planning is to keep a counter for incoming calls and other fo outgoing calls. Whenever a call is started, the counter would increase and the current value would be sent to our server. The same applies when a call is terminated.

The idea is not to use it as a replacement for a call accounting software. Instead what I'd like to know is keep an eye on the resources available in our PBX.

Is this possible? COuld some one help me some starting directions?

Thanks in advance,

I'm sorry for my late reply. We can develop a custom data export plugin for you, if you want. Please, contact our support team.
