Is this software easy to use ? We are looking for a software to pull the data from our PBX (NEC DSX) to get downloadable reports. however we do not have an "IT" person on site. is it complicated. and the available plug ins, which are the most important. We are either going with this or CallAnalyst from Trivium, the price difference is HUGE so I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Any similar system requires an IT person at the installation and configuration stage. Because, usually, you need to configure your PBX too.
