Newbie help with HTTP parser

I have a caller ID hardware that sends the caller ID number to a IP/port
The idea is to use the received caller_ID and get the URL MYDOMAIN.com/ticket/CALLER_ID

I downloaded and installed the trial and the HTTP parser plugin and configured it.
But I am getting the error HTTP PARSER INVALID REQUEST.

Can someone give me a sample for HTTP parser so I can try to follow ?
