TCP/IP error in Data Logger Suite 2.6.2.129

I've encounted a strange error today.
I was setting up a serial over IP connection to monitor a DVB-T receiver using a Sealevel box. Everything worked fine, but then I got this error:
20-11-14 09:24:16 [10.3.28.43:4680] 10.3.28.43:4680 can't be opened [Address not available (#10049 in Bind)]

I've tried to connect to 10.3.28.43:4680 from a different computer and it works fine.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Hello,

If you are really need the TCP server mode in our software then try to specify the address as 0.0.0.0:4680. Is "10.3.28.43" the IP address of the receiver or your computer?
