Pbx Report

Hello this is my first post in forum.
I download and install the trial version of Pbx data logger and connected to my pbx Ericsson/Lg eMG80.
The parser works fine and sends data to my Access Database, i can see smdr records in pbx reports but the problem is that i cant see anything in the reports tab.
Any help ?

I find the problem was in parser module date time selection mm/dd/yy and change it to dd/mm/yy
