printing info

Seem way out of my depth here bought the serial data loger to print test results from a pentascanner cat 5 tester I can print the info but cant get each test to print on one page using word any help please

Hi Arthur sorry for the delay in posting .The way i,m sending data is out of a serial printer port on a microtest penta scanner, when the data comes through its in the right format but when i copy and paste to notebookits ok but in windows word the format has changes and the collums are not aligned and it takes up two pages hope you can help

Since buying the newer version of the software the plugin selector is greyed out,and the modules is greyed out in configurations options, my software is classed as Standard edition version 4.1.14.319
