Hello

We found you tool on the internet and are interested in it. We like to get CDR Data from a Avaya PBX and save it to a file. We downloaded the trial version of the advanced pbx data logger and installed it on a test pc. We configured the Avaya ACM to send CDR Data to this server on a specific port. but i don't receive any information in the pbx data logger. is there a documentation how to configure it?

Thanks for a feedback

You should enable the RDTT protocol within your PBX.

We enable the RDTT protocol within the PBX (under ip services), but still don't receive any data. Any other ideas?

It seems that you use RSP protocol in your PBX. Are you sure that you switch it to the RDTT mode?
