Server Recieving file from Fanuc OT

Hello

I have a machine with a FANUC OT controller. I cannot use brackets as that option on this machine is not turned on.

when i send a file from the NC to the PC the PC responds but then hangs with the message along the bottom.

Waiting for end of file.

Please what am i missing

Also is this normal

The status line on the bottom is cycling through these things every 5 seconds

Waiting NC commands
Waiting NC commands
Waiting for the transmitter ready
Ready!
Waiting for the start of the file
and then in red
Can't receive a sigh of the start of a file

And round it goes again,

Yes this is normal.

Please, verify that you use data exchange settings from the attached screenshot.

If it doesn't work, then please, activate binary log files (Serial port - Logging) and attach these files here. Binary log files will be located in a folder that you can specify here: Main menu - Options - Configure - Logging
