Hello.....We have an Avaya G3V12 and trying to dumb the data from the logger into a MS SQL database.

When the program comes up, it tells me it has connected to our database, but we do not get any data.  I turned on logging and the data in the txt file looks great.

Can you tell me why we are not getting any data in SQL?

Thanks!

It seems that the parser can't decode the data flow properly. Please, try to activate the DDE Server plugin as described here:

Does DDE server show active items?

I have gone through the steps and dont see any change.

Does DDE server show active items? - ??? Im not sure what this is.  I checked the box to enable DDE server, but im not sure what I'm looking for.

If I check the box to diplay before parse, I can see all the activity, but if i check the box that says display after parce, I dont see any activity and no errors.

It means that the parser doesn't parse your data. Please, capture your data to a log file (before parsing) and send me (support _at_ aggsoft.com) with your PBX model name.

I sent the log file to you yesterday.  I meant to update this after I sent it but forgot.

Thanks again for looking into this for me!

Please, verify your PBX settings. Do you use the Customized format of
the CDR output? If yes, then you should configure the ASCII Data
Parser as described here:

http://www.aggsoft.com/asdl-pbx-system-data-logger.htm

Otherwise you can place the attached xmlz files to program
folder/plugins/pbxparser/configs and select one of default formats in
your PBX and the program: Enhanced Unformatted, Expanded, Unformatted, Printer, 59 Chars

Am I missing something?  I dont see the attachment.

We do you the unformated (custom) settings in our Avaya PBX.  I will try the Ascii settings and also try you file (when I find the attachment  ???) with the settings you suggested.

Thanks for the files.  I started getting information in SQL, but out of no where it has stopped.  The data is still appearing on the screen and it tells me "data have been processed successful", but again, it does not show in my database.  About the first 130-135 items transfered to SQL with no issues.

This is the trial limitation. I can write about 100 records to a database. You can restart the program and try again.
