Hi

We are trying Advanced PBX Data Logger to see if it will do what we need it to do but cannot get any output.

Our PBX maintainer has advised SMDR is enabled on port 4000 and we enter the IP and port into the connection details, it says the data source has been successfully opened but we just see a cursor and no output.

Please can anyone suggest anything?

Why does the code have to be put in? Does the Inter-Tel 5000 not send out the SMDR data in a normal manner?

Is it encrypted?
