Hi there,

Do I need a license from Alcatel to capture CDR data from an OmniPCX into an AGG datalogger? Would this be over IP as I know the unit does not have a serial port on the back.

I can't answer precisely. You should contact your PBX vendor. In some cases you need the license or key to activate the SMDR function.
