how does AGG's software connect to the mitel? Do i need a special cable? in the event that the hardware running the AGG software crashes, locks up, loses power, or somehow otherwise becomes disconnected from the 3300 ICP, is there any data loss between that time and when the two systems are once-again connected? Title: Re: Mitel PBX. data logging, and database Post by: ikjeft01 on May 05, 2009, 07:57:33 PM uhm. yeah. sounds like you've actually never used the software with a pbx. doesn't mean the software won't work, just that i'll have to figure it out myself... that's not a problem (i've been to school a few years), but was hoping for some "lessons learned" before having to learn them all myself.

If you'll connect our software with your PBX, then could you share your research?
