Title: PBX Data Logger to NBX 100
Post by: solix on August 20, 2012, 10:00:00 AM

We are evaluating the PBX Data logger with our NBX 100 for purchase. We have installed it using a com port and seems to open properly upon programs execution. (BTW we have proved proper communication with NBX through Hypetext prior to starting the PBX logger) The issue is we are not logging anything from the NBX yet. Is there any command to make it talk to the logger? Thanks

Do you type anything in Hypetext before receiving data?

Well yes. I have been able to open the CDR files by at the NBX prompt, change the directory to where the CDR files are, and open them (with a copy instruction) and able to save them in a txt file. All through Hypertext. What I don't see in the PBX Data Logger or the Serial Data logger is a way to send command (or a small txt file) for the NBX to respond.

BTW I am using R4_0 in the NBX and their embedded CDR program is worthless.

Thnaks again!

You can activate the ASCII data query plugin and send requests. Also you can download and activate the File requests plugin and send your requests from a file.
