I have tryed to configure the pbx data logger to capture the pbx data, however I do not see any usuable data.

what do I have configured incorrectly.
I did try the avaya software and was able to see call detail, however the program does not seem to stay up and running.
Please deactivate Reliable Session Protocol (RSP) in the PBX configuration. Please, refer to your PBX service manual for corresponding instructions.
