Title: PBX Reports - how to setup software to log calls Post by: chad on December 06, 2021, 02:00:00 PM I downloaded the trial PBX Reports and I can not get it to log the calls from our PBX. I went to Edit..Preferences and didn't see anything on how to connect to the phone system. Our old program uses COM1 but I don't see anywhere to configure it. I setup the Site, division, etc. I searched the help but that was no help. What am I doing wrong?????
