I downloaded the trial PBX Reports and I can not get it to log the calls from our PBX. I went to Edit..Preferences and didn't see anything on how to connect to the phone system. Our old program uses COM1 but I don't see anywhere to configure it. I setup the Site, division, etc. I searched the help but that was no help. What am I doing wrong?????

You need to install Advanced PBX Data Logger. The logger will capture and write data to a database. PBX Reports is a reporting tool only.

Please, start onlineactivate.exe in the program folder.
