This is going to be my first ever post on the net
We would like to upgrade an old (1983) cnc milling machine (SINUMERIK SYSTEM 3 CONTROL) with a DNC set up for CAD/CAM uses.
I would like to know:
1) What module to add to the system (DNC) including the wiring
2) The RS232 wiring
3) Data transfer settings for PC and NC
I would appreciate any help/comments in here.
