I am using a Motch 135-VNC with a GE Fanuc 15-T control.

we have the DNC software installed on PC and I can punch a Program and
have it saved on the PC. But when I try to read a program the READ indicator on the
screen (CNC) flashes and the DNC says COM is open but nothing happens.

I am using your setting for the Fanuc control in machine Parameters but we are running at 2400,
not 9600 or 4800. ( using the parameter value of 8 )
