We are considering your product as a replacement for our current call logger. I've installed the trial and successfully connected to the system. Can you confirm the correct setting for a Nortel Meridian Option 11e with a software level of 21.19? I tried each of the Nortel settings and it appears that some of the options capture some of the incoming call fields but not all of them.
