Com Port data emulator

Good afternoon. Would you have software that would allow me to read raw data from say "com3" on computer "A", then transmit that data to an emulated com port on computer "B" over TCP/IP? Your com port data emulator is close but not quite right. It does the transmitting part fantastiac but I need real time data not made up. Then to spit that data out to a com port on the other end? Any ideas on software that might make this work? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
