How to Save to XML format
«

I'm currently using the "trial" professional version, and tried to save some captured USB data to an XML file for further filtering in MS Excel. I filled in the XML dialog box, but no file was created. Is this a bug or is this function disabled in the trial version? I'm thinking about buying the software, but might not do so if the XML export capability does not work.

This is our software bug. This problem has been fixed and you can download an update from our web-site:

Thanks for the quick response! The update gave me the ability to save to XML, though I did have to be careful about what filtering options I selected so that the XML file would successfully import to Excel. I noticed that most of the other export options were still greyed out, even though I purchased the professional licence. If I needed to utilize those options, would I need to purchase a different licence?

These options will be activated in the Print Preview window.
