NMEA Data Logger sending out data on a COM port

I am trying to receive data from a GGA string and send to out to custom string. I have found a similar tutorial (asdl-scale-data-filter.htm). I have been able to read the incoming string and see it automatically parsed but I have not been able to see it get sent out on the second port. I think it should just be a simple setting that I am not seeing. I have downloaded and installed the following plugins: Aggregator, ASCII Data and parser, Data Redirect, DDE Server, Expressions and Script execute. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please, create a backup copy of your current configuration (from the
File menu) and attach it here. I'll verify it.
