GPS Data Logger setup for an GPS tracker: first steps

Hello, Arthur.
I am Gustavo Barboza. We have already talked before.
Please, I need help with first steps about set up of GPS Data Logger program.
I have installed the program, and I selected "Corban" in the installation step with the question of what type of GPS I'm using.
Now, I need to configure the communication section. At this point, this is what I have:
I have a Windows server with a public, static IP address with several ports, including port 7700. That is the port that I will use for testing. The questions are:
I set the same IP address and port to the GPS?
How do I set the GPS Data Logger program to "listen" to GPS with the IP address and port, protocol and appropriate configuration options on the program?
Thanks.
Gustavo Barboza
