Advanced tcpip logger - evaluation problems

Hi I am evaluating this software and I now have it nearly running, the only thing it does not seem to do is save the time and date in the file along side the received data.

any help please

Is there a box I need to tick?

You need to enable the "Add date/time stamp before writing data" option on the "Log rotation" tab in the configuration settings.
