Create Realtime SMDR from a Switchvox PBX

Hi there,
We are migrating from a traditional Nortel PBX that is integrated with our CRM software by feeding it realtime SMDR data (incoming caller ID, which extension picked up, call ended, etc). The SMDR data feed is being provided via a serial port output. So now we want to move to a Switchvox PBX and leave behind the Nortel PBX but keep the CRM software. But we will now require some sort of middleware that will replicate the Nortel SMDR data output from the Switchvox. So what is needed is the following: a piece of software that can take the call events info from the Switchvox and provide it in Realtime in the format of the Nortel SMDR via a serial port. Do you have a product/software that can help us achieve this ?
Many thanks for your time and consideration !!
