Hello,
I have a problem with the "File Interface". When I put a network link in the PATH I have an error that it tells me that the folder does not exist yet when I click on the icon he finds me the folder.
Can you help me ?

Sorry about the delay. Unfortunately, the logger cannot work with this network resource. I would offer to map it as a local drive on your computer. Then configure the logger to work with a local drive.

Hello, I mapped the network folder on the letter Y but it still does not work. 2018-05-04 11:00:43 [Source_L4_VF] File interface. The folder "Y:" doesn't exist and is excluded from scanning!

By default, the service starts with the special account name and different rights.
Go to the Services control panel and configure the service to start with your account name.

The program does not see a difference between a mapped drive (Y) and another local drive (C).
It works well with mapped drives. I don't know why it does not work in your case.
