Sorry about the delay. Unfortunately, the logger cannot work with this network resource. I would offer to map it as a local drive on your computer. Then configure the logger to work with a local drive.

Hello,

I mapped the network folder on the letter Y but it still does not work.  Sad

2018-05-04 11:00:43 [Source_L4_VF] File interface. The folder "Y:" doesn't exist and is excluded from scanning!

By default, the service starts with the special account name and different rights.

Go to the Services control panel and configure the service to start with your account name.

This does not change anything with an AD account that has full access to the folder

Please, try to stop the service and start the program in the desktop mode. Does it work then?

Ok,
so the program just works with local files?

Otherwise it is necessary to have FTP on the folder in order to recover the data?

The program does not see a difference between a mapped drive (Y) and another local drive (C).

It works well with mapped drives. I don't know why it does not work in your case.
