We bought 4 independent licenses of data logger suite about one year ago.
We've been using for a period and quite satisfied its performance.
Recently, we want to use it on another computer which had been installed with trial version of data logger suite before.
Then I tried to activate the trial version with valid license code.
The activation process was successful.
But when I started the data logger suite again, it prompted "Your period of free updates is over! This version cannot accept your key. Please, purchase an update or install the purchased version."
Please see the attachement.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall twice. But both failed in same manner.
Could you please help on this?

Forget to mention the environment is windows 10.

What do you mean by the purchased version? I don't remember the exact version that my purchase applied to.
Previously, I just need to download the latest trial version from your website and use the activation code.
Every time worked except for this time. :-(

The period of free updates and tech. support is limited to 1 year. Therefore the latest version does not work now.

Sorry to know that.
But how can I retrieve the corresponding previous version that my license is supposed to support?
I did not have any intention to keep my old download in my local disk for re-installation in the future.
Neither do I have any previous valid data logger suite installed on the other computers.
Could you please help on this. Thanks.
