Log data from different IP addresses to IP Data Logger and export to Excel

Hi,
I want to log live streaming data from different trading accounts and combine the data in excel for live analysis of all accounts combined.
Every second 10 servers send the following account data that needs to be logged for each account:
Acct number
,
Equity
, and
Open Profit
. Each data item should go into a separate column in an Excel sheet that is updated on the fly using OLE.
I'm trying to combine all data from all servers into 1 data packet so I can export the data to Excel using variables that I parse out.
When I only log 1 account it works, but when I send info from multiple sources to the IP Data Logger it only parses data correctly from 1 source.
Can I log all data from the 10 source IPs to 1 IP Data Logger or do I need to create a separate IP data logger for each source IP?
Looking forward to your feedback, and thanks in advance!

Hello,
Yes, the logger can receive data from multiple data sources. Did you create a separate configuration for each data source in our logger?

Hi Arthur,
Thank you for the quick reply.
I did not try using multiple configurations yet. I saw a post from someone else where you explained redirecting output from one IP logger to other ones to consolidate data into one package.
Is it necessary to use multiple IP logging configurations?
In any case, I want to make sure all incoming data from the 10 sources is consolidated into 1 data packet each second. From that packet I want to parse all 30 variables (3 from each source), so they can be exported to Excel.
Thank you.

I'm not sure that it is a good idea to consolidate data from 10 data sources. If one data source pauses, all other data streams will be paused too.
I think you need one configuration, but write data to a new row in Excel for each data packet.

Hi Arthur,
I'm going to use the Excel to monitor the sum of equity and open profit in all ten 10 trading accounts combined from second to second.
I have attached a screenshot of what the exported data should look like in Excel.
The easiest way would be if each different variable is in a separate column and written to a new row every second.
The approach you suggested with writing each packet to a new row would make the Excel harder to use for analysis.
If I understand correctly, using your approach, the data from each source would be treated as a separate data packet and needs to be parsed separately and I don't see how the parser from one IP Data logging configuration can do that.
Can you give some pointers on how to configure this so I get the final results in Excel?
Thank you.

In this case, you should create 10 configurations.
1. In the first configuration, you should enable and configure the Aggregator plugin
1.1 Enable and configure the Excel data export plugin.
2. In other configurations, you should redirect data to the first configuration.

Hi Arthur,
I just cannot make it work. I have spent several days struggling with the software configuration.
Is there any way someone can help me set this up? I'm prepared to pay for the help.
I'm sure that for a specialist this would take maybe 15 minutes to set up. I have spent 30+ hours on this already and cannot justify putting more effort into this to my boss.
As an aside, how performant is the logger? Would it be possible to log info from 100 different IP sources using one instance of the software running 100 IP data loggers, aggregating it correctly and exporting it to 10 different Excel workbooks?
Thank you.
