Modbus RTU configuration problem

 downloaded trial version of Advanced Serial Data Logger 3.6.4.507 and MODBUS RTU Module plug-in.
When I tried to define Data Query I received "x" instead of "v"  in "Send request, otherwise parse response only" line (screenshot is attached)
What could be a problem?

I'm sorry, but now the screen isn't useful (my mistake). Please, use the following data view settings.
