Which plugin do you want to activate? Did you select a data parser plugin?

Thanks for the reply.
I am currently using the Advanced Serial Data Logger ver 3.9.0 build 913 with Enterprise license on a Windows 7 Professional x64.

I have successfully activated Advanced Serial Data Logger, but I need to activate SQL Database Professional plugin too (ver 3.7.3 build 920), as it is running in Demo mode.

I have keyed-in the same Enterprise serial and activated the plugin (SQL Database Professional) through the internet and a window displayed activation is successful and please restart SQL Database Professional plugin. I close the Advanced Serial Data Logger program and opened it back to check the activation status of the SQL plugin.

When I checked under the Registration Information tab, it still display Demo with the Activate button. Huh

P.S: I am still limited to 100 data transfer even after I have 'activated'.

This plugin requires a separate license. Did you purchase it? If not and you don't want to purchase it, then you may use ODBC database plugin instead.

Thanks for the info, we got it working now using the ODBC plug-in to connect to MySQL.  Cheesy
