Hi guys

I am having problem trying to get Advanced PBX Data Logger to work with this unit.

I only software I have had working and receiving data thought TCP/IP is a tool called Pbxtools PhoneJournal that works great but the owner has vanished off the earth and I cant buy it.

I have not got a clue how to set this software up and the info I got from connecting to the Pbxtools to the unit I can’t seem to input anywhere in CAM.

Here is the web site for the connection info:

http://www.pbxtools.com/ro/activating-call-accounting-for-alcatel

If CAM can not connect thought TCP/IP to this unit, is there any other way I can connect to the unit?

Any help to be grateful

Please, switch our software to TCP client mode and activate the ASCII data query module. Within this module try to specify the request string like:

ftp_nmc#0D#0Atuxalize#0D#0A

If changed login and password on your PBX, then you should specify correct values in the request string too.

Please, look at attached images.

Did you activate the ASCII data query plug-in? It seems, that your PBX waits for authorization.  Is it possible you may disable the authorization within the PBX?

If i go into modules/query parse filter

Data query module: ASCII data query

Then click setup and check my setting everything looks ok.

when i click ok and go back to the data box its displays:

220 Alize Session Manager FTP Server [001:8f44b9a0]
ftp_nmc
tuxalize
<20090605111620.095>
500 FTP_NMC not understood
<20090605111620.095>
500 TUXALIZE not understood

password and user name are set to default.

Can I connect to your PC with help of our remote support tool? If yes, then I'll try it myself. Also, if you'll expose your PBX to Internet, then I'll try to install PBX tools and try to capture request string that works with your PBX.

Yes but the problem is that I work for a school and the internet is provided by the LEA so it may work or may not.

Can I arrange for next week? I can provide you with a way in.

I am in the UK as time different maybe a factor too

Hi

I have the same problem as described above.
Do you have an idea what I'm doing wrong?
Password and user name are set to default.

220 Alize Session Manager FTP Server [001:d459e605]
ftp_nmc
tuxalize
500 FTP_NMC not understood
500 TUXALIZE not understood
421 Login Timeout (60 seconds): closing control connection.

Many thanks for your help.
