sqldbpro update

I am trying to install the last update to SQLDB pro.
Upon running the installer, it returns an error:

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile Failed; Code 5
Access is denied.

I stopped the tcp-ip logger service but that did not help.

What needs to be done?

It is possible the process still in the Task manager. Try to kill it.

I did that. Is it only 1 process?

A server restart took care of the problem.
