Serial Printer Logger communication settings

I am evaluating Serial Printer Logger for use with our NEC Elite phone system to replace a printer for call logging. Any time data is sent, however, I only see UART errors flashing on the bottom of the window. I've tried several different configurations and still no data. Any suggestions on the correct parameters?

Usually, this error appears if you selected invalid number of data bits and/or stop bits.
